Swap 2 Bed Flat for 2/3 Bed Semi - Dundee area

Newly decorated 1st floor flat in quiet residential area. Close to shops and bus routes. Long hall, 2 good sized bedrooms, one with built in wardrobe. Large lounge with small kitchen off (kitchen due for renovation soon), Bathroom with new bath, sink and toilet - shower over bath with glass shower door. Includes new carpets in most rooms and vertical blinds on all windows. There is electric heating (no gas in house although advised this was planned for the future). Panel heaters in all rooms.

Looking for a 2 or 3 bedroomed semi as I would like a garden for my young daughter to play in. Areas preferred would be Downfield, Ardler or St Mary's, although other areas would be considered.
