I have a lovely 2 bed flat based on the ground floor, newly built with only 7 tenants in the building it is a small flat, the flat has it own garden with access to the communal garden, the neighbours are lovely and access to local transport is a maximum 10 minute walk to the station with a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, the shops are very local and there is a park just 2 minutes away from the property. Parking is right outside the property however will need a parking permit. The property was built in 2009 and I have been the 1st person to live in the property.
