This property is also close to templemeads train station, and has good access links to surrounding area's throughout Bristol. This property is also on the main bus route into the city centre.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area, near local shopping facilities, and also the local schools.

I am looking for a similar 1 Bed or 2 Bed property to exchange with, in the Bristol area's of Easton, Fishponds, Redland, Kingswood, St George, Montpellier, Filton and Horfield. I would also be willing to consider an exchange with a property in the North London area.
