I have a 3 bed in quiet close in westbank area of widnes. " double bedrooms and 1 single room. Upstairs bathroom and toilet and seperate downstairs toilet. Downstairs consists of kitchen, dining room and lounge all open plan. New shower and basin taps fitted dec 09. Flooring to kitchen floor fitted also dec 09. Wooden floor in dining section carpeted living room, hall stairs and landing and 2 double bedrooms also carpeted. Box room is laminate flooring. Some rooms would benefit from re decorating due to being 4 young children in them but could move in as is. Very close to spike island, runcorn bridge and westbank prominade. Local buses to widnes and runcorn and primary school 2 mins away.
