I have a ground floor flat in Rock Nr Wadebridge with back door leading to secluded communal garden in a small block consisting of one flat above mine. The area and neighbours are peaceful as are, the tranquil cul-de-sac surroundings. Shops, transport, post office are all nearby and within easy walking distance of beach and sea with local ferry service to Padstow harbour.

I am looking for exchange to Truro area or Saltash or any surrounding area that may suit.
