I have a lovely 1 bed (2 BIG rooms & a utility room,kitchen & bath) flat in Exeter. 20-30 mins walk to town, 3 mins walk to 4 bus routes-(10 min. ride to town centre), mini-market & fish & chip shop. Swimming pool 10 min walk. Large (communal) garden in rear (with shed & flower beds).Only 4 flats in building surrounding houses privately owned. Bathroom is fitted with disabled shower-(NO bath-tub).Convenient off-road parking & small garden in front. I would like to move to a village/town closer to the sea, (preferably somewhere in Cornwall,but willing to consider any other sea-side location)
