1 Bed flat in a Grade II listed building, WC1
Excellent transport links right on your doorstep, as well as good links to
anywhere else in London, we've had lots of interest from people that work in the
area and are sick of the commute. The low rise building gets plenty of interest
from tourists and so on, who like to take photos of it, since the Industrial
Dwellings Company that built it went on to consult in New York about building
affordable housing there and helped influence their own distinctive tenement
buildings. Derby Lodge One of the first buildings to utilise concrete in the
1840s.
It's a secure tenancy with Camden Council and it comes with a right to buy, I
have occupied it for over 15 years and looked after it very well and we had it
fully decorated before getting married in 2007. We need to move out because of
our little daughter and we have very small prospects for getting re-housed by
LBCamden in time (if at all). Furthermore I was born in Essex and would like to
give my daughter a better standard of living in rural Essex.
Ideally we would like a 2 bedroom in exchange and again ideally in Burnham on
Crouch, however all serious offers will be considered. I/we're happy to address
any enquiries, so please don't be shy! ;)
PS, this is my wife's email.
