We have a lovely 2 bed ground floor flat, in a quiet corner, backing on to woods and lakes (fishing allowed)

There are only 18 flats, and most of the residents are elderly, or young professionals. There is communal rear garden with washing lines, and private parking. There are shops within walking distance, and Brentwood high street is only 5 minutes away. The A12, A127 and M25 are only 5 mins away as are Brentwood and Shenfield stations.

This is an ideal flat and location for someone who wants a quiet spot that is also close to all you need.

We are looking for, preferably a house, bungalow with garden, any size, and any area would be considered. We have lived here for 16 years, but circumstances have changed, and we need to move.
