Hi, my house is a Semi-detached end house in Rosyth with large front garden and driveway (can fit 2 cars), side and small back garden with small shed, garden needs some work. 2 good size bedrooms, 1 box bedroom. Downstairs toilet. Only 1 door into house (Side door). GCH, Double glazing. House needs some decoration. Close to shops, schools, parks, bus stops, train stations and motorway (easy commute to and from Edinburgh, Kirkcaldy directions). Reluctant to move as is a really quiet area with good neighbours. Would like a swap to another 3 or 4 bedroom property in a similar good area for fresh start. Must have good school nearby for my 3 children. Thanks
