I have a one bedroom flat, self contained in central portsmouth, 2 minutes walk to the city centre, 5 minutes walk to train station, and ferry ports and coach station and links to the isle of weight, my flat is in a purpose built block on the 2ND floor, there is no lift. there is a communal garden with own shed. parking spaces also for this flat. i have been here 6 years and the only reason for my move is due to a job offer in london. there is brand new carpets in the flat that wws fitted november 2009. fully fitted kitchen, storgae cupboard in hall way and bathroom, great neighbours, who are quite and very friendly. new net curtains in the windows that will be staying and curtains as well. i will also be leaving the gas cooker and fridge if required, they are great working order and are checked by the council once a year for saftey checks. LOUNGE is 13ft by 13ft square, there are six plugs, new wall paper and new light fitting which i will be leaving. KITCHEN 7ft by 7ft there is 11 cupboards, space for washer and fridge, there is a electric and gas hook up for a cooker. blind in the window which will be staying, brand new boiler, low energy gas boiler, for the central heating. hall way is 5ft by 22ft long, electric plugs, two cupboards and a walk in closet. BATHROOM 9ft by 6ft with toilet, shower and bath and linen cupboard, new tiles on the walls and new flooring also. BEDROOM is 13ft by 11ft plugs and it really is a big room, i have my king size bed in there, my multi gym and wardrobe and chest of draws and there is still loads of room. i am looking for a quick exchange to london from portsmouth due to work, i am looking at zone 1 and 2 areas only, must be near a tube or bus stop into central london. i would prefer central london, but will consider any where within zone one and two only!
rent here in portsmouth is £360 a month, council tax is £68 a month, pets allowed, secure parking space available, close to the city center and ferry ports and coach station and train station and 20 minute walk to the beach in southsea
