2 bedroom house in whitstable

I have a large 2 bedroom house in seasalter whitstable, i can see the sea from my windows at the front of the house, large front and back garden with a small shed at the back an access to the garden from the side as well, large drive enough for 2/3 cars.
Both bedrooms are large, one you could fit bunk beds and a single into it.
i have a downstairs toilet as well as a bathroom with toilet upstairs.
kitchen to the front, wide hallway with storage under the stairs lounge at the back with door leading to the garden.
these houses are 5 years old close to bus stop, doctors at the end of the road, post office and small shop in walking distances.
Im looking for another 2 bed property, must be a house as i have a disabled child, and must have a secure garden as i have a dog.

Im looking to move to herne bay, other parts of whitstable ie tankerton etc, faversham and parts of canterbury

I got my exchange listed on here as i am a member on http://www.councilexchangesite.co.uk
