Hi we have a lovely 3 bedroomed house, only 6 houses in road which 3 are private and 3 are council. Huge back garden and a large front garden with a drive which you can put at least 3or4 cars on.
Bus route nearby and shops and schools. livingroom last year was re-plastered decorated lamernate floor council removed coal fire and installed oil central heating, we had a small wall knocked out which gives more room understairs.
kitchen has just been re-decorated, tiled, we fitted new kitchen unit doors we do need to finish a couple of things.
***small update***
We have now finished all the kitchen and even fitted a new radiator rather than re-painting the old one, so kitchen looks very nice now, we do have a table in there so whether this would be considored as kitchen dinner i dont know.
Downstairs bathroom/toilet which needs updating council say they are re-doing bathrooms in 2010.
3 good sized bedrooms main bedroom just been re-plastered needs painting will try and do if i can has no carpet, other 2 bedrooms were decorated approx 6 months ago.
Sizes are approx -
Bed1= 12x10 (also has small walkin cupboard used as wardbrobe)
Bed2= 13x9
Bed3= 7x9
Council also re-plastered the stairs so theres no carpet and needs painting, we did have a false ceiling put up as stairs were really high and this was plastered and painted white, so really just painting to be done.
***small update***
We are now in the process of painting the stairs etc as were fedup looking at bare plaster
I have also changed the councils old style bedroom doors and replaced with new modern doors from B&Q.
Ideally wed like cambridge way to be by family, but we have quite a large family dotted around all over the place so we would considor anywere really. We require a decent size back garden but not as big as ours, an up stairs bathroom also a downstairs toilet would be very useful as well.
We wish to move as hubby suffers bad with back and not long had his spine fused hence things are a little to much and we have no family down this way to help us out, so as long as were not to far from family again wed considor pretty much anywere.
The garden is way to big for us now specialy since hubby cant mow it, so was fenced off and we dont venture up top half hence over grown grass in photo
