3 bedroom, all on one level, part of a small storey building, own garden. All the rooms are double and it is very spacious. All the floors are laminated and there are many built in storage cupboards.

Very quiet area, very easy access to transport, bus stops right outside home, links to lewisham, penge, bromley, croydon etc. 5 minute walk to sydenham train station - takes you to London Bridge in 15 minutes.

Free parking space outside home, own small shed.

Only moving due to needing more rooms as I have a big family.

I am looking for a 4/5 bedroom anywhere in the south east of London area. Preferrably Sydenham/Penge/Forest Hill etc
