This is a lovely first floor masionette. Nice/polite neighbours. Shared garden. Near lots of parks, newsagent, local chemist/drs/schools/hospital/excel centere/Water sports/canary wharf shoppping centre/Gallions reach shopping centre/Ilford & Barking shopping centre. Just off the A13 so easy access to lots of places.

Royal Victoria will be part of Newhams regeneration scheme so a brand new shopping centre/schools and parks will be built.

Just had a baby so finding it hard to go up and down the stairs with my two children who are under 2.

I have two double rooms, lots of storage, new kitchen, newly decorated, shared garden with a park.

I need a ground floor property LONDON only and preferably east london. dagenham, barking, hainault etc.

Home needs a garde preferably not shared!!!!!!!!
