Our housing association house is in Forest Hill a quiet, leafy area of South East London. It has two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom also bathroom and toilet upstairs, open kitchen/Dining/Living area and extra toilet downstairs. Patio doors onto a small but lovely and very safe back garden. Private parking space out front, quiet cul-de-sac, other houses occupied mainly by families. Very close to schools both primary and secondary, large parks, supermarkets and only 5 mins walk to mainline train station. Looking for similar and if possible one extra bedroom in any East Sussex area.
