I have a wonderful 2nd floor flat on a small and quiet housing association development in North Walsham. We are 4 miles from lovely beaches at the coast and there are pleasant views from front and rear windows.The rooms are large, living room (18 x 10) bedroom (15 x 10) and bright, with large windows. The bathroom has just been remodelled. We are tucked away and quiet here but less than a 2 minute walk to the town center and bus stops. Sainsburys is a 3 minute walk. The bus to Norwich is hourly and takes around 40 minutes. There is a train station here (7 minute walk) with hourly trains to Norwich (25 minute journey time). The weekly rent is £67 but this includes constant central heating and hot water.
The main reason I want to move is that I have a dodgy knee and would like a 1 bedroom bungalow. I would like semi-detached or end-terrace. Not mid-terrace. A small garden would be nice but not essential. I will consider any area between North Walsham and Norwich - and south of Norwich in the direction of Thetford, Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket.
