We live in a 3 bed house(1 is a small box room), with large enclosed rear garden and medium sized front garden.
We also have an out house in rear garden.
We have upstairs bathroom and loo and down stairs loo.
We also have a boarded out loft with pull down ladder which adds lots of storage space.
We don't have a dining room however our kitchen is large enough for a table and chairs.
We have lovely neighbours both sides too, which I think is important.
Our Village is called Ebberston 5 miles from Thornon Le Dale near pickering and 11 miles from Scarborough.
The lane we live down only has 2 housing estate properties and the rest private so not at all like an Estate (nice views).
The bottom of the lane both ends has a lovely stream and some nice walks accross fields.
The village only has a pub that serves food a village Hall a play park a church and a cricket club.The nearest shop is 3 miles.We do most of our shopping in scarborough or pickering.The village is nice and picturesque.
We need to be closer to my family in Hull but still need the countryside so something like Driffield, Beverley,Holme on Spalding Moor market weighton,hornsea,brough outskirts of york would suit us.Will consider most areas closer to Hull than we are currently.
