anyone looking to downsize.. am looking for 4 bed house in northampton/daventry area... multi swaps considered.

my house is 3 bed semi on corner plot 2 double size bedrooms and one larger than average single. bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen diner and large lounge. good sized garden front and back. Each room has been decorated within last 6 months all with neutral carpets .

Only reason for wanting to move is the unexpected arrival of my son last year so desperately need a 4 bed house
