wanted a 3/4 bed house in a village or the edge of a town with garden.secondary sch needs to cover german as a gcse exam as i am having trouble finding schools that cover this subject. reason for moving is that i want somewhere cheaper to live with rent etc and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of town life.if i can be near the sea that would be great.
we have a four bed with two reception rooms and 95 ft rear garden. new kitchen fitted end of last year.photos on request.
rent is 102.51 per wk with 4 wks rent free, 2 at easter and 2 at xmas but does not have right to buy.
