Hi ... we have a 2br gch terraced house in OXFORD very close to city center only 15 mins walk .... The house is in ST. CLEMENTS which is a small community to the east of OXFORD.. ST. CLEMENTS has a lot of amenities within walking distance from 3-15 mins away.. it is also surrounded by parks ,feilds , river , botanical garden, and universities...and many more interesting things...
The house itself is not on a main road or estate, its next but one to the end of terrace , we have residential parking which is secure ..
Also have a small back garden that's easy to maintain all year round that is secure and private for your own use..
The kitchen is small but functionable and recently redecorated,seperate living room and dinner,small hallway..
Upstairs is the bathroom and toilet, 2 good sized bedrooms and a landing ....
AM LOOKING FOR.... a 2br gch house either terraced , semi or town house ( non estate) in CENTRAL WEYMOUTH up to 1 MILE CIRCUMFERENCE ( DT4) only, but would consider CHICKERELL ALSO ......
Will need parking so garage,driveway or road parking is important..
Would like a medium sized back garden thats private,secure, has own use with a patio if possible ..
Med sized kitchen as I tend to do a lot of entertaining..
Sep living room and dinner ,hallway..
2 good sized bedrooms , landing and bathroom with shower if poss and a seperate toilet( but not that important)
Would also consider JERSEY as long as its within 2 MILES of the coast and has public transport 24/7 with all amenities convient throughout the year ....
