2 beroom flat/in a block of six on two floors in a very quiet part of holway in taunton, other tenants in block our elderly so very quiet and clean.with a balcony which is not over looked and set back from main route, surrounded by trees and shrubs, just been decorated and has shower over the bath, with plenty of storage, good kitchen, nice size bedrooms, and front room, it has a comunial garden, with washing line area and own out side shed.this is our first council tenancy, all our rentals have been in private rural settings so were looking to exchange within a 25 mile radius of taunton,the rent is very cheap at £63 a week and council tax is yet to be set but will be low.
