I have a large 3 bedroomed terraced house on the east side of yeovil, central heating, double glazing, downstairs toilet, large shed adjoining porch, which could be converted into utility room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single room, ceramic tiled flooring in kitchen, toilet, bathroom and porch. small - medium sized gaden at the front of house.

quiet neighbours both sides and both privately owned

close to schools, shops, park with children play area.

I am looking for a 4 bed or a large 3. if a 3 would like to be able to fit 2 kids in the smallest room, if not would like a seperate dining instead.
