I have a lovely sized 2 bedroom ground floor flat in the fairwater area.
It has 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom and a big living room.
The bathroom and kitchen were refitted recently.
It has laminate flooring throughout and is also fully decorated.
There are 2 decent sized storage cupboards in the hallway.
There is a big back garden with your own shed and washing lines.
It takes minutes to walk to shops, schools, bus routes, fairwater leisure center, etc..
I am looking for a 2/3 bedroomed property in the North cardiff area (preferably llanishen)
I am looking to move as soon as possible as i am expecting my second child and have no family in the fairwater area.
