I have a new build 2 large bedroom apartment in Norfolk Park. It has energy efficient devices with solar panels for hot water.
The living space is open plan being 21 foot by 18 comprises of kitchen/dining room/living area. Bedrooms are separate. There are floor to wall windows having magnificient views over Sheffield/Derbyshire. My apartment is situated within a beautiful area of Sheffield close to tram stops and town. Private car parking available. My apartment is on the third floor there is no lifts so able bodied people would be fine to live here.
I am looking to move to be near to my son/grandchildren who live in Whitworth, Rochdale.
I am looking for similiar size house/apartment. Gardens are fine with me as I love gardenning. I am looking to move in June/July time 2010.
