very large 2 bed rural surrey

in hooley near banstead/chipstead rural countryside but also near towns only few miles away. first in rd non estate all neighbours are privately owned. its a large 2 bed both double grd fl maisonette with large front and back private gardens well kept. all rooms are good sizes and well decorated. garden leads onto acres of farm land and i am semi detached so no houses on 1 side just woodland. very very sought after area as its so beautifull and quiet. looking for a 3 bed banstead area or very near.
