There are 6 flat`s in this Block, good Parking out-side your home. A primary school at the end of the block near Wandsworth for `Arndale shopping centre` with Cinema` Tennis/ Park. Wimbledon 3miles away. Tooting`s indoor Leisure Centre with swimming a walk away out-door pool tooting Bec. You can get to high street,easy, walk or get a bus 3 stop`s Tube. clapham junction. West-end. And a bit of fenced off grass at the front with Gate. Pvc Double-Glazing all through. New front Door`s just been put on also, a main entry door.
