I have a spacious 2 bedroomed 1st floor flat in Worthing. The longe with a kitchen off it is of a good size. On bedroom is of a very good size and the other fitting 2 single beds in along with wardrobe, drawers, bed side cabinet and standing shelving unit. Bathroom has bath and shower and again of a good size. Double glazed and fully central heating in place. 10 minutes walk and you are at the beach.Local amenities eg: chemist, tesco express, train station, takeaways, launderette, school are all seconds walk away. The flat is decorated to a high standard and very contempoaray. The town itself is again 10 mins walk away. Need to get to Sherwood in Nottingham or Arnold to be close to family. But will consider surrounding areas dependent on area and decor of property. I am looking for a 2 or 3 bed house but will also consider a ground floor flat, but must have a garden.
