There is off-road parking, a Laundrette,pull cords , and a part-time Warden on-site.A newsagent and Bus-stop is a short walk away, and a large Park and Sports Centre nearby too.It's very quiet,but there are Social activities if one wants to join in.Rent £80, Council Tax £70p.w.
