Exchange wanted from 2 bedroomed semi-detached house,to 2 bedroomed semi-detached house with gardens for own use and space for parking. The house is facing bungalows with nice neighbours, we have for own use 2 fenced front gardens, large enclosed back garden, drive for parking, also close to most amenities, including Saltwell Park, Leisure Centre, swiiming baths. We would consider most areas in Gateshead. Reason for wanting to swap is for a fresh start/change. If interested then please feel to contact me.
