1 bed flat-solihull-10 min walk from centre but quiet area!!

Hiya
I am currently living in a 1 bed council flat It is literally a 10 min walk fro solihull town centre.There is also a tesco express,nursery,chinese and barbers about a 15 min walk away and a newsagents,drs,chemist,2 hairdressers and butchers literally 5 min if that down the road,aswell as a vets another newsagents with post office,tanning shop and park about 10/15 min away.Im gutted to be having to move as It really is a perfect location but due to personal circumstances I need to.
It is a good size-large lounge for a flat.Kitchen has been modernised from the old council type it just needs painting.bedroom is a decent size also.
I will be happy to provide pics to anyone interested once I can sort out my camera!!there is also a shed outside for the flat which I personally haven't used but it is there all the same.
