Beautifully decorated large groundfloor flat in Comins coch close to Aberystwyth. Large flat with two large gardens, stunning views in a very quiet estate, great neighbours and opposite comins coch school, with a bus stop at the end of the road! Really great location,a real rural feel but very close to town.
Well maintained with gas cntral heating, we wil be really sad to leave but we are desperate for a 3 bed plus house due to a ever extending family!!! need to be within 10 miles at most of Aberystwyth due to school and work :)
