i have a one bedroomed house in brechin scotland and need to move to west yorkshire to be near my family.we have a good sized through lounge,small but new fitted kitchen,large bedroom and spacious bathroom,big open staircase and entrance hall,all decor is nuetral and new.a decent sized garden to the rear with room for seating.close to all local ameinities ie shop,doctors,post office,hospital,library.only 8 miles to nearest coastal town of montrose and 11 miles to arbroath seaside resort.very quiet area.will consider any area but must be council or federation.
