Spacious open plan front room and kitchen. 10min drive or 30min walk to City Centre. Next door to Spar shop, bus stop is just outside and there are 2 primary schools in the area and 1 High School. Two parks and open spaces for walking. It is quite a friendly area and I have lived here happily for 7yrs with no trouble. I want to move to be closer to family in Essex and London.
The flat has disability adaptations in bathroom, and there is wheelchair access.
